GREEN STEWARDS DUTIES

 

Green Stewards to attend half an hour before the start to hand out match score cards and collect Green Fees, leaving them free to play in that session.

 

Stewards are to pay Green Fees into the Club Safe.

 

Lock up at the end of the session.

 

Record any defaulting teams on the sheet.

 

Arrange for a deputy to carry out these duties when unable to attend.

 

Inform the Senior Green Steward when any difficulty arises or in the case of an emergency.

 

Be responsible for the smooth running of the session.

 

NATIONAL COMPETITIONS 2011 / 2012

 

This Season the following evening rinks are available for four hour sessions: 3 rinks on Monday, 3 rinks on Tuesday, 1 rink on Wednesday and 3 rinks on Thursday. These are the only weekday evening rinks which may be used. Competitors wishing to book these rinks, and those wishing to book rinks at other times outside club time, will have to book through the Leisure Centre using the club booking form. No payment will be necessary at the time of booking, bills will be raised by the club Treasurer.

 

Ladies National may be played on Wednesday afternoons on the rinks not booked by the club using the booking procedures. In the event of these not being available, one of the Club rinks may be booked through the Secretary.

 

COMPETITIONS 2011 / 2012

 

All competitions, up to the semi-finals, are scheduled to be played in two hour sessions on Sunday Mornings, starting at 9.15 am.

 

The Semi finals of all competitions are to be played as full matches starting at 9.15 am.

 

The finals will be played in sessions on Sunday mornings to be announced. Dress for finals is Whites.
